Indemnity, Risk and Consent I understand that mountain biking involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions and possible injury. I participate voluntarily and agree to follow all safety instructions. I indemnify Coach Eugene Elliott, including his assistants, employees and contractors, against any loss, damage or injury arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. If booking for a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian, consent to their participation, and accept these risks on their behalf.
